How are you able to color your hair so much and keep it looking healthy?

It's only been bleached once, and then i just touch up the roots as they grow out.

The rainbow colours go over the blonde, cause zero damage, and gradually fade out to blonde again. So that's the part I swap and change all the time cause its so easy to do and doesn't damage the hair. It's not expensive if you do it yourself, but it is if you go to a salon. And your hair won't fall out IF you do it right.

I've done my own for several years but when I bleach the back even if its new hair it gets fizzy and feels fried when the rest of my hair is just fine.
